Finance Manager - Reed : Job Details

• Managing daily bank reconciliations and monthly supplier payment runs
• Overseeing purchase ledger processes and supplier account setup
• Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns and oil reports
• Producing monthly management accounts and financial commentary
• Coordinating payroll and pension uploads
• Maintaining Sage accounts and generating P&L reports
• Supporting credit control: posting cash, chasing debtors, and releasing invoices
• Handling intercompany sales invoicing and monthly sales reporting
