Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager:
Lead and develop the finance team, coaching and mentoring to support skills development.
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Deliver accurate, timely financial information to support business decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and controls.
Maintain effective working relationships with key internal teams.
Key essentials of the Finance Manager:
ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualified accountant.
Strong technical accounting expertise.
Proven experience in coaching and developing finance teams.
