Finance Manager - Dot Recruit : Job Details

We’re working with a growing retail business who are looking for a Finance Manager to take full ownership of the finance function. This is a role with genuine influence - you’ll work directly with the MD and senior team, shape processes as the business scales, and provide the financial insight that drives decisions. • Produce monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts and year-end reporting
• Manage cash flow, investment appraisals and financial planning
• Deliver commercial analysis on sales, margins and pricing
• Oversee payroll, purchase ledger, credit control and banking
• Handle HMRC, insurance and company secretarial matters
• Act as a key advisor to the MD and senior management team

Requirements

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Strong background in SME or high-growth environments
• Commercially minded, confident working with directors and stakeholders
• Solid technical finance skills with ability to improve processes and systems
• Xero experience is an advantage
