Finance Manager - Reed : Job Details

?? Finance Manager?? Location: Needham Market?? 30 hours/week over 4 days (Mon–Thurs)?? Up to £40,000 per annum?? Reporting to: Managing Director

We’re looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to lead our finance function and support strategic decision-making. You’ll oversee financial reporting, compliance, and operational finance, while working closely with directors and external partners.

• Prepare monthly management accounts and cash flow forecasts
• Supervise bookkeeping, payroll, VAT returns, and credit control
• Liaise with accountants, payroll providers, and tax advisors
• Monitor procurement, stock, and supplier performance
• Provide financial insight to support pricing and investment decisions
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration

• Experience in a finance leadership role
• Strong knowledge of SAGE, reporting, and compliance
• Commercial awareness and excellent problem-solving skills
