The Finance Manager will oversee the day-to-day finance operations, focusing on cash management, payroll, accounts payable, and operational finance support.

Description
· Manage transactional finance functions including cash management, payroll, and accounts payable.
· Lead, manage, and develop the finance operations team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
· Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately, approved in line with company policy, and paid per company policy.
· Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing in line with company policies and legal requirements.
· Maintain and improve cash flow forecasting processes.
· Prepare operational finance reports and KPIs for senior management.
· Act as point of contact for transactional finance for external audits.
Profile
· Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent relevant experience.
· 5+ years' experience in finance operations or transactional finance management.
· Proven people management experience, with ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
· Experience managing payroll, cash management, and accounts payable.
· Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· High attention to detail and accuracy, with a continuous improvement mindset
