Join a dynamic finance team as Finance Manager. This hybrid role offers genuine variety - from statutory reporting to business partnering. You'll support the Financial Controller across financial operations, compliance, and strategic analysis in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage group financial reporting and data requests
• Maintain internal controls and IFRS/FRS102 compliance
• Business partner to department heads with monthly reporting
• Conduct product/service financial analysis and identify opportunities
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles
• Handle statutory reporting and external audit liaison
• Manage corporate tax submissions and balance sheet reconciliations

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Strong technical accounting and statutory reporting experience
• Advanced Excel and financial systems skills
• Business services or manufacturing background preferred
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
