Finance Manager - HK Recruitment : Job Details

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team based in the Warwickshire area. We offer a lovely rural setting over looking the countryside, so you must be able to drive. We provide free on-site parking.

You will be working closely with the Director to oversee all the financial operations and day to day bookkeeping duties.

We are a small friendly team, who take pride with our lovely working connections with our clients and fellow team mates

Responsibility

• Supporting the Director with all financial
• Bank reconciliations
• Bookkeeping
• Purchase ledger invoices
• Bank transactions
• Managing company accounts
• Credit card transactions
• Processing payments
• Payroll
• Financial reporting
• PAYE
• CIS payments
• VAT returns
• Petty cash

Qualifications / Skillset

• AAT qualified
• Or qualified by proven experience in a financial role
• Knowledge of Sage
• Excellent written and numerical skills
• Proficient with double-entry bookkeeping
• Experience with VAT returns and bank reconciliation
• Experience with Microsoft office and Excel
• Can do approach
• Team player
