Wilkins Talent Solutions are working with a dynamic, multi-entity organisation seeking a Finance Manager to join their Senior Management Team. This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hrs/week), reporting directly to the Managing Partner.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong, detail-driven finance professional who enjoys balancing strategic financial planning with hands-on operational delivery.

About the Role:

You’ll take ownership of Group accounts consolidation, delivering accurate management reports, overseeing payroll and pensions, VAT, and managing cashflow across multiple entities.

Beyond the core financial responsibilities, you’ll also play a key role in optimising financial controls, enhancing reporting cycles, and supporting commercial initiatives that contribute to the financial health and growth of the organisation.

You’ll also be the go-to person for contractual oversight, claims management, and supporting digital transformation projects from a financial perspective.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified, Part-Qualified, or QBE Accountant with solid group consolidations experience.
• Strong track record in management accounts, payroll, VAT returns, and financial controls.
• Competent user of financial systems (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage) with strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Excellent organisational ability with a knack for balancing strategic tasks and operational demands.

Desirable:

• Experience working in a multi-entity group structure (consolidations, intercompany accounts).
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to support business transformation and process improvements.
• Comfortable navigating complex reporting cycles and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
