We’re working with a not-for-profit arts group delivering high-impact programmes across education, performance, and community engagement. They’re looking for a Finance Manager to bring structure, clarity, and strategic insight to a small but busy finance team.

WISH LIST

• Strong experience producing management accounts and leading budgeting processes
• Enjoys working hands-on and advising at leadership level
• Comfortable balancing day-to-day operations with long-term financial planning

THE ROLE

• Deliver timely, accurate monthly and annual reporting
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
• Advise senior leadership on financial performance and risks
• Maintain effective cash flow and ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate audits and oversee funding body reporting
• Build business cases for new projects and capital spend
• Lead procurement and manage supplier contracts
• Maintain robust internal controls and finance procedures
• Support and develop finance staff
• Work across departments to deliver organisational goals

YOUR PROFILE

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA, CIMA)
• Effective communicator – written & verbal
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience in arts, charity, or educational finance
• Strong understanding of compliance and public funding
