We’re hiring a Finance Manager to lead transactional finance and shared service operations within a growing and dynamic business. Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll oversee AP, AR, and finance operations for a multi-entity group - while supporting process improvements, system developments and audit delivery.
This is a great opportunity for someone with shared service experience who enjoys a varied role and working closely with both senior leadership and hands-on finance teams.

THE ROLE
Finance Operations Leadership:
- Manage the AP, AR and broader transactional finance team
- Oversee accurate and timely month-end and year-end close
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and internal policies
- Act as a key escalation point for finance queries
Process Improvement & Controls:
- Identify and implement process improvements across finance operations
- Support system enhancements and transformation initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and service levels to ensure high-quality delivery
- Support audit processes and resolution of any findings
Team Management & Collaboration:
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals
- Build flexibility and resilience across the team’s responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business
- Provide cover and support across the team where needed
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in finance operations, shared services, or centralised finance
- Strong understanding of AP, AR, month-end close and internal controls
- Skilled in Excel and confident using finance systems
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Willing to travel occasionally within the UK
