A leading global organisation with a strong international presence is seeking a Finance Manager to join its high-performing finance team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified finance professional to work within a dynamic and complex supply chain environment, combining traditional financial reporting with forward-looking business partnering on capital investment and performance improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee key month-end and periodic close activities, with a focus on inventory and supply chain cost control.
- Deliver insightful month-end, quarterly, and annual performance analysis and commentary.
- Lead the development and approval process for capital investment (CAPEX) business cases.
- Own and enhance budget and forecast models in the business planning system, supporting an accurate and stakeholder-aligned annual budget process.
- Champion performance improvement projects, particularly around operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Present concise, data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, including C-suite.
- Drive improvements in the use of reporting and planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Power BI).
- Build strong working relationships across Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Skills & Experience:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, with post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience with SAP and strong capabilities in Excel and Power BI.
- Background in supply chain or inventory finance, ideally within Manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Proactive, intellectually curious mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
