Finance Manager - North LeicestershireAre you an experienced finance professional ready to take on a pivotal role in a growing organisation within the hospitality sector? This permanent, full-time opportunity offers a salary of £30,000 - £40,000, and is fully office-based, working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
You will be the first in-house finance specialist, responsible for the day-to-day running of the accounts function and helping shape the financial processes as the business grows. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to have real impact and grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities:Management of purchase and sales ledgersBank reconciliations and reportingSet up and maintenance of property-specific financesPayroll and VAT preparationMonth-end and ad hoc financial tasksWorking cross-functionally with internal teamsWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 5 years' experience in a relevant finance role (Accounts Assistant, Bookkeeper, Company Accountant, etc.)Strong understanding of payroll and VAT returnsTech-savvy with MS Office and financial softwareDetail-oriented and confident in a fast-paced setting
