Are you an experienced Finance Manager - or a confident Management Accountant ready to step up - with a strong track record in end-to-end accounting and team leadership?

I’m working exclusively with a growing, forward-thinking SME in Swindon looking for someone like you to join as Finance Manager. This is a visible, hands-on role reporting directly to the CFO, with real influence and scope to grow alongside the business.

The Role:

You'll take ownership of the day-to-day finance operations while supporting the senior leadership team in shaping the company’s strategic financial direction. You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing the end-to-end finance function - from AP/AR and payroll through to monthly and annual accounts
• Leading and developing a small team (currently two staff)
• Delivering accurate management accounts, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting
• Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
• Supporting commercial decisions with insightful analysis
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax and regulatory obligations
• Managing currency risk and treasury functions

• Strong end-to-end accounting experience
