About the Role:We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee payroll and all accounting operations. This position requires someone with the confidence and expertise to work autonomously without direct support. While professional accountancy qualifications are not required, a strong background with several years of hands-on experience in similar roles is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all aspects of payroll processing and reporting.
• Oversee general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Work with accounting platforms such as Xero or Oracle to maintain accurate records.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or payroll management.
• Proficiency in Xero and/or Oracle software is highly advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in a remote work environment.
