The Role

As Finance Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action — leading a high-performing finance team, delivering sharp financial insights, and partnering with senior leaders to drive business success. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day management accounting processes
• Month end close
• Lead the finance team creating clear roles and responsibilities.
• Continuous improvement on Month End Processes - Hands on approach to understanding the processes and taking an active part in month end.
• Business partner with heads departments
• Accurate capex reporting
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations
• Providing detailed analysis for the financial reporting team where required
• Support in Ad hoc financial projects as and when required
• Review of Group Vat returns

What You’ll Bring:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience working as an Accountant in a similar fast-paced environment with strong month end skills (scale-up, large corporate or high-growth division)
• Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a sharp eye for detail and a big-picture mindset
• Proven ability to excel under pressure, juggle competing priorities, and deliver results at pace
• Advanced Excel skills
