Page Personnel are working with a Housing Association in the Not for Profit and Charities sector, based in Lancashire, who are looking to appoint a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of statutory accounting and experience in the housing sector would be a bonus.

The client is a non-profit that specialises in providing supported housing for adults with disabilities. This allows them to live independently within their communities while offering various support services, like help with daily tasks and claiming benefits.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Finance Manager include:

• Managing monthly and statutory accounts
• Processing payroll and pensions
• Managing a team of two
• Producing annual rent and lease budgets

Profile

The successful Finance Manager will have:

• Solid understanding of statutory accounting
• Awareness of financial regulations
• Experience working in the housing sector would be a bonus
• Part Qualified ACCA or CIMA

Job Offer

• £40,000 - £50,000
• Hybrid working (2-3 days per week in the office)
