Finance Manager - Forge Talent : Job Details

Forge Talent are excited to be exclusively partnering a Commercial Property business to recruit a Finance Manager in Manchester City Centre.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile the financial records to actual costs incurred and relevant budgets.
• Understanding the commercial running of the businesses to report on GP margins by project.
• Manage the posting of the transactions for monthly, quarterly and year end purposes.
• Preparation of monthly management reports.
• Preparation of board packs and compliance information for lenders.
• Management of relevant annual audit matters with external auditors.
• Preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Assistance with the preparation of statutory accounts at entity level, supported by external consultant.
• Quarterly VAT returns for two entities.

Qualifications:

• ACCA/CIMA/Finalist or Qualified by Experience

Salary & Benefits:

• £50,000-£55,000
