Head of Service Charge/Finance Manager

£50k - £60k (DOE)

3 to 4 days in the office

9am - 5:30pm

Will look at candidates looking to step up into a management role.

An SME property management business in Central London are looking for a Finance Manager to run their internal function and also take responsibility for their Service Charge Accounts - also managing a team of two. There will be support from a part-time CFO (2 days a week) to gain development yourself, alongside study support if required.

• Cashflow Management
• Management accounts
• Assist with Stat Accounts
• Payroll Management
• Management of the Service Charge accounts (and the two assistants that help with this)
• Perform PL & SL duties
• Submit client reports
