We are current recruiting for a Non-For-Profit organisation that would like to bring in a Finance Manager into their Loughborough based head office to manage an experienced team of Finance Assistants. This role is permanent from day one and reports directly into the FD.

  • Financial management
  • Preparing budgets & forecasts
  • Monitoring cashflow and communicating with the relevant stakeholders
  • Managing a team of 4
  • Regulatory reporting
  • Advising the board of trustees
  • Preparation of statutory reports & annual audits

But what experience and qualifications do you need? 

  • Relevant accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Prior experience in preparing, monitoring & reporting budgets & finance management accounts preferably within Charity/NFP is highly desirable
  • Prior experience managing an experienced finance team
