Finance ManagerStaffordHybrid working 3/2 – 2/3 Broster Buchanan are delighted to be partnering with a hugely impressive multi-site business. This is an outward facing Finance Manager position with a strong analytical/ data slant. You will have wide exposure to the commercial and operational areas of the business and work with Commercial, Supply Chain & Procurement teams, providing support and insight into financial and operational performance. Whilst manufacturing/ supply chain experience would be helpful, suitable applicants will be those with strong data manipulation skills, gained in medium/ large complex businesses and able to explain finance to non-finance stakeholders. This isn’t just about producing the numbers, you will enjoy telling a story and always be asking, SO WHAT? WHAT IF? Key Duties:

• Uses analytical tools and data to support decision-making.
• Combine financial, non-financial and operational metrics to identify and drive improvements to business financial performance.
• Develop true cost to serve to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Develop and automate Supply Chain reporting. 
• Create and maintain dashboards to support strategy.
• Challenge and identify improved waste management.
• Support month end duties as appropriate.
• Budgets and forecast production
• Finance lead for capital investments. 
• Support CI teams, specifically linked to the profit improvement plan
