Finance Manager - Nxtgen Recruitment : Job Details

NXTGEN Recruitment are looking for a dynamic Finance Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving business growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a tangible impact in the manufacturing space and will have experience of working closely with Commercial, Supply Chain and Procurement teams. The Finance Manager role will involve working closely with the Head of Finance to maintain growth and manage the environmental impact the business has. As Finance Manager, the role will manage key Finance and Non-Finance relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Development of Supply Chain reporting.
• Employ analytical tolls and data to support decision -making
• Drive waste management improvements in line with zero-loss culture
• Execute month-end tasks and prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare procurement cover reports, assessing risks and opportunities relating to pricing and purchasing.
• Champion Sustainability and Environmental considerations in business decisions.

The successful candidate will ideally be qualified (ACA/ACCA/ CIMA or equivalent), with prior experience in a Business Partnering/ Commercial role. The role is ideally suited to those looking to make the next step in their career development, given the further opportunities on offer.
