The Trustees of this Trust are seeking to appoint a skilled and organisedTrust Finance Manager to support the Trust in their next stage of growth. You will have experienceof working in a finance driven environment and possess excellent people skills, attention to detailand risk awareness. Applicants with qualifications in Accountancy would be welcome, although thisis not essential, and a candidate with experience in Management Accounting will be considered.The Trust uses Microsoft Business Central and familiarity with finance software up to Trial Balanceis essential. Full training will be given to the right candidate. The role is varied and will involveworking on your own initiative, as well as part of a team. Due to the people focused nature of thispost, it is not suitable for hybrid or remote working.

Hours –8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to FridayStart Date – ASAPThe Trust Finance Manager will be responsible for:• Supporting the CFOO by managing and planning the workload of the Trust central financefunction undertaking a variety of finance tasks to ensure compliance with the Trust’s financeprocedures and policies.• Responsible for the line management, appraisal and development of Trust finance staffincluding Finance Assistant and Payroll Administrator.• Assist the CFOO in developing the Trust central finance function to support the growth of theTrust• To manage all Trust cash funds including the ordering and receipt of goods, processing ofpayments to suppliers, collection and recording of cash income.• To manage the Trust School Trips finance process.
