Finance Manager Gloucester £40,000We are working with a successful international client with an HQ in Gloucester. They are recruiting for a new Finance Manager to join their established close-knit team following the promotion of the current Finance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified by experience accountant with previous line management exposure.Working closely with the Group Financial Controller, you will get involved in the following:

• Management of AP/AR/CC functions
• Day-to-day leading a team of 2
• Overseeing Payroll
• Cash-flow forecasting
• Month-end support
• KPI reporting
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Ideally, you will have some of the following:

• Relevant Financial Operations background - hands-on AP/AR/CC experience
• Accounting qualification
• Team management experience - essential!
• Advanced Excel skills
• Good with systems
• A keen eye for detail and effective communication skills
