The Role:

As the Finance Manager, you will lead a team of three, taking charge of:

  • Comprehensive Financial Management:

    • Preparation of full management accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and strategic planning.
    • Oversight of financial accounts, ensuring seamless filing of statutory accounts.
    • Serving as the primary point of contact for external accoujntants.
  • Tax and Payroll:

    • Managing corporation tax, scrutinising computations for provisioning and final return.
    • Overseeing pensions and payroll processes with precision.
  • Strategic Collaboration:

    • Working closely with the Board on all financial matters, contributing to strategic decision-making.

What We Seek:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in working within an SME looking after the whole finance function with the assistance of external accountants
  • Proven experience in successfully managing a finance team, coupled with expertise in the outlined duties.
