Head of Finance - JMF Associates : Job Details

A multi-faceted business services group based near Dartford in Kent is seeking an experienced Head of Finance. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will be joining the company at a time of growth working closely with the M.D. as they expand the business in Europe. Key areas of responsibility include:-

• Overseeing the finance function, and managing, a team of three
• Payroll using Sage Line 50
• Produce and monitor the annual budget
• Detailed cash flow analysis
• Financial planning, analysing the business, pointing out areas to improve, tightening controls

The ideal person will be Qualified, Part Qualified or Qualified by Experience and have proven experience in a similar role, be 'hands-on’ and keen to improve processes and procedures. Extensive experience with Sage Line 50 is a must as are first-rate interpersonal skills liaising with colleagues at all levels within the business. Please note that this opportunity is office-based.
