Finance & HR Executive

Our client is a prominent figure across the UK, responsible for National haulage for a number of businesses and some of the UK’s most beloved supermarket retailers.

Due to increased workload, they are currently seeking a Finance & HR Executive to join their team based in Bolton.

Role & responsibilities

  • Purchase order input
  • Speeding/Parking Fines
  • Vehicle accident recording
  • Invoicing 3rd parties
  • Updating records for tolls
  • Manage quarterly bonus payouts and update bonus files
  • Payment of staff expenses, recording expenses & receipts
  • Approving bonuses
  • Arranging full & final settlements with parties
  • Work with a range of software systems – Approval Max, Bright HR, Xero, Microsoft planner, Dext

The Person

  • 3 years experience within an administrative role, with previous experience of dealing with Purchase orders and Xero
  • Fully IT proficient
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organised, self-starter
  • Can-Do attitude
  • Ability to work closely in a small team and be able to adapt to situational changes
