• Supporting colleagues, clients, and providers via phone, email, and written communication
• Preparing standard documentation and opening new client files
• Maintaining accurate client records and updating systems
• Conducting research on financial products and funds
• Performing compliance checks and assisting with policy updates
• Supporting financial record-keeping and data entry using SAGE
• Assisting Directors with ad hoc tasks and projects

Professional Development:You'll be enroled in the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, a structured programme of 6 modules typically completed over 2-3 years.
