A rare opportunity to step into a high-impact Finance Director role on a part-time basis. Reporting to the CEO, your remit will include:
- Full ownership of the finance function, ensuring accuracy, compliance and best practice
- Implementing fit-for-purpose systems, revenue recognition and cost categorisation
- Managing day-to-day financial activities, including cash flow, monthly accounts and reporting
- Overseeing inventory control and ROI analysis to support decision-making
- Driving professionalisation of finance processes as the business scales
- Providing strategic input at board level and building a small team in line with growth
What you will need:
- Proven Finance Director experience with a hands-on approach
- To be qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA
- A strong background in manufacturing, engineering or similar sector
- Gravitas to influence, challenge and partner with a strong CEO
- Commercial mindset, resilience and confidence in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of working with PE-backed businesses
