Finance Director - Greenwell Gleeson : Job Details

greenwellgleeson are working in partnership with a leading internationally diverse service business. In this No 1 Finance role the FD will be a member of the main Board of Directors and play a leading role in helping realise the companies ambitious growth plans. The business has recently secured external funding and working with the CEO and Charmian the FD will help shape the business strategy to expand both organically and through acquisition. In additional the FD will be responsible for overall management of the finance function, managing relationship with external stakeholders, analysing and improving current performance and overseeing the business planning and budgeting. To be considered for this role you will need have have had previous experience of working in fast growing SME business, have a track record of supporting growing businesses including M&A experience, experience of working in a business with an international dimension and importantly you will need to be someone who is hands on and not afraid of getting into the detail when necessary.
