Finance Director – EMEA

Are you a strategic finance leader ready to shape the future of a dynamic, international business? A global organisation in the consumer goods and manufacturing sector is seeking a Regional Finance Director to lead its EMEA finance function through a period of transformation and growth.

This is a rare opportunity to join a business that is transitioning its EMEA hub to the UK, with a Northamptonshire based office. The role offers hybrid working, and is open to candidates across the UK or relocating from overseas.

The Role

As Regional Finance Director, you’ll report directly into the Asia HQ and act as a key business partner to senior stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and HR. You’ll lead a multi-country finance team across 6 countries, overseeing financial planning, transformation, and compliance across the region.

This is not just a reporting role — it’s a strategic leadership position focused on financial planning, business partnering, and regional transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and performance management across EMEA
• Partner with Senior Leaders across the organisation to drive commercial and operational efficiency
• Support ongoing transformation and restructuring across the organisation
• Align regional finance practices with global standards
• Integrate EMEA finance processes with the Global Procedures
• Ensure tax compliance and internal controls across all EMEA entities
• Build and develop a high-performing regional finance team across multiple countries

What We’re Looking For

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• Senior Finance experience, ideally within international, fast-paced environments
• Strong background in FP&A, financial modelling, and business partnering at both SLT and operational levels
• Proven leadership in business transformation and shared service integration
• Multi-Lingual with Cantonese is highly desirable but not essential
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cultural adaptability

Package & Benefits

• Salary: up to £100,000 depending on experience

• Working pattern: Hybrid, preferably with working in Northamptonshire based office but remote would be considered for the right candidate.
