Description

The Head of Finance will lead the day to day running of the finance function and will be responsible for:

• Leading, inspiring and developing the finance team
• Value add analysis and support to drive commercial decisions
• Lead the budget and forecast process
• Support the operations with efficiency and transformation
• Lead the audit
• Support the Tech implementation
• Support on HR and Legal matters

Profile

The successful Head of Finance will be:

• A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
• Demonstrable experience in both Financial Control, Commercial Finance and FP&A
• A track record of leading and developing a team
• Strong interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude
• Commercially aware
