Finance Director - Rutherford Briant : Job Details

An exciting newly created Finance Director position for a fast growing SME FMCG business based in Stratford. This role is being exclusively recruited by Rutherford Briant.The business have an impressive track record of growth from being a start-up c. 8 years ago to their current turnover of c.£15m. The business has now reached the stage where they need a dynamic Finance Director to support the business through the next stage of growth.The successful candidate will be ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA Qualified. Either an existing Finance Director looking for a high growth business where they can add the value of their experience, or an ambitious Financial Controller ready for the jump to a more strategic position.The business is keen to have someone with strong systems and process improvement skills. Someone with a strong interest in automation of processes and fully utilising analysis tools including Power BI. At the same time someone who is equally comfortable with having a 'sleeves rolled up approach' to producing the monthly accounts, year end, cash flow management and working closely with the FD to drive the growth and continued development of the business.Rutherford Briant is passionate about equity, diversity, and inclusion.
