Finance Director - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half is delighted to be engaged to recruit for a Finance Director on behalf of a specialist IT Services and Security business with offices in Hemel

The Role

As Finance Director you will take responsibility for a small Group and control all finance and related functions whilst developing the existing finance team. Day to day duties will consist of:

• Work with the Senior Management and Private Equity owners to help execute the group strategy
• Provide metrics and KPI's to the board to report on the progress of the group
• Responsible for all Group Financial, Legal, Contractual and HR matters
• Group Management accounting
• Group Cashflow management
• Responsible for audit, accounts, corporate tax and statutory compliance for Group Companies including US and Belgian Subsidiary.
• Responsible for UK tax compliance including Corporation Tax, PAYE/NI, VAT, P11d/BIK reporting, ERS returns etc.
• Overall responsibility for US sales tax and European VAT compliance.
• Preparation of Group Business Plan, Forecast/Outturn reporting and subsequent performance and cost management.

Your Profile

You will be ACA or ACCA Qualified and hands on in nature in order to best support the group and its activity. You will have a strong systems and control background with the ability to drive performance and ongoing improvement of the business itself. Previous experience operating in an International Setting - US/Europe would be a massive advantage.

The business is an International Player in its market with customers from Mid Enterprise through to Household Names. Role of Finance Director is critical in pushing the business forwards into it's next planning stage Post-Covid.

Salary and Benefits

Role of Finance Director in Hemel is working 5 days a week in the office and offering a salary up to £100K + Executive Benefits
