Finance Director - Blackwaters : Job Details

Blackwaters are looking for a hands-on Finance Director to join a manufacturing business based in Croydon. With a turnover of circa £50 million, they are market leaders in their field and have ambitious onward expansion plans.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this new role will oversee all aspects of the finance function including maximising working capital, liquidity and forecasting to support the growth ambitions. They must also take ownership of financial and management reporting and payroll processes across all the UK based manufacturing sites.

The finance director will ensure compliance with tax regulations, manage audits, implement risk management systems and stay updated on regulatory requirements.

Ideally looking for a qualified accountant with manufacturing experience and commercial acumen who can collaborate with senior management to help drive profitability and support strategic projects.

Experience implementing stock management systems will be instrumental in supporting the rapid growth and modernisation of the business.

This is a hybrid role with 4 days on site and 1 day at home. Salary £100 - £110K plus car (or allowance), and bonus.
