Finance Business Partner - CRA Consulting : Job Details

Finance Business Partner Chesterfield My client is a highly successful and rapidly expanding professional services business. An experienced finance professional is required to join this busy team reporting to the CFO. This is an excellent experience building role and will deliver insightful monthly reporting focussing on KPI's. Key responsibilities include:

• Management of a team of three within the finance team
• Oversee compliance training ensuring adherence to the SRA accounts roles supported by the Compliance Manager
• Monthly management reporting including the Management information pack and other key reports
• Ensure the accuracy of financial ledgers by providing advice on invoice coding and accounting policies
• Produce budgets and forecasts supported by detailed analysis and collaborate with budget managers
• Prepare financial reports and presentation for the AGM
• Reconcile control accounts ,investigating discrepancies
• Partner with directors across the business to drive improvements in WIP and debt management.
• Oversee year end processes including collaboration with the auditors with the CFO
• Assist the CFO with cashflow reporting

The Person

• You will have a proven track record of working in management accounts in your career to date and may be looking for that next step
• You may be part qualified ACCA / CIMA however applications are welcomed if you are qualified by experience
• You will have strong financial systems knowledge
• You will be a team player with excellent communication skills
