With strong partnerships across major retailers and a reputation for innovation, they are looking to strengthen their finance team with the addition of a commercially focused Finance Business Partner.The Role This role offers the chance to work closely with operational leaders to shape performance and drive improvements across the business. The Finance Business Partner will deliver meaningful insight, robust analysis, and effective challenge to support both day-to-day decision making and long-term strategy.Key Responsibilities
- Analyse daily production and financial data to ensure accuracy and highlight performance trends.
- Prepare weekly reporting packs and insights for senior stakeholders and group leadership.
- Partner with General Managers and Operations teams, interpreting data and influencing actions to improve profitability.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and tools using Excel (with exposure to BI tools an advantage).
- Contribute to management accounts preparation, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Assist the Senior Finance Business Partner with ad-hoc projects and analysis.
Candidate Profile We are seeking someone with:
- Experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or business partnering.
- Strong Excel modelling skills; knowledge of BI systems (e.g. Qlik, Prophet) desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
