Three Bridges Recruitment is working with a fantastic public sector organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner in North Glasgow (Hybrid, 12-month Fixed Term Contract).

Job
As Finance Business Partner, you will:
- Prepare management accounts and budget monitoring reports
- Support budget holders with preparation and monitoring
- Develop finance system reporting and pull data for analysis
- Assist with annual statutory accounts and external audit
- Provide financial guidance to non-finance colleagues
- Maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls
- Undertake other duties as required
You
- Experience in management accounts, budgets, forecasting, and reporting
- Strong Excel (pivot tables & lookups), Access Financial, and Word
- Clear communicator able to present financials to varied audiences
- Qualifications not essential, confidence, patience, and willingness to “have a go” are key
Desirable:
- Statutory accounts/audit exposure
- Public or not-for-profit finance experience
- Capital budget knowledge
- Advanced Excel, SPFM/FReM knowledge
