The successful candidate is expected to lead strategic forecasting, drive reporting accuracy, and ensure seamless financial integration across regional business functions - with a strong emphasis on team leadership, systems optimisation, and decision support. Responsibilities will include:

• Lead Finance Team: Manage Costing and PFR team, aligning efforts with strategic goals.
• Drive Planning Cycles: Oversee AOP and forecasting across key financial metrics.
• Deliver Financial Insights: Provide variance analysis and actionable reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage Costing Accuracy: Lead standard cost-setting and compliance activities.
• Inventory Oversight: Conduct physical verification and ensure accurate valuation and reporting.
• Ensure Reporting Quality: Maintain strong balance sheet reconciliations and support closing processes.
• Tax & Forecast Integration: Align forecasts with tax and cash flow strategies.
• Coach & Develop Team: Build capabilities and succession planning for finance personnel.

What you'll need to succeedTo thrive in this role, the candidate should be fully CIMA or ACCA qualified, and bring a mix of strategic acumen, technical expertise, and collaborative leadership across a dynamic financial landscape. Key requirements include:
