We're partnering with a market-leading technology business (£40m turnover, with ambitious plans for rapid growth over the next 5 years) to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a newly created role, designed to strengthen commercial insight across the business and play a pivotal role in shaping its future success.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated and ambitious finance professional who's ready to build on their management accounts expertise and step into a more commercially focused role. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and non-finance teams, ensuring that finance and operations work seamlessly together to drive growth.

What you'll be doing

• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes
• Producing high-quality month-end management accounts
• Building strong relationships with non-finance managers, acting as a trusted advisor
• Providing insightful analysis on performance trends, risks, and opportunities
• Translating financial data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making
• Contributing to commercial projects and strategic initiatives
• Continuously developing your business partnering skills with support from experienced colleagues

About you

We're looking for a finalist or qualified accountant with a solid grounding in management accounts, and the ambition to grow into a commercially impactful role. You don't need to be the finished article - but you do need curiosity, drive, and a genuine desire to learn and add value.
