?? About the Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial management and business partnering services. You’ll support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across various workstreams, including community-focused initiatives and grant-funded programmes.

You’ll also contribute to the charity’s agile ways of working, collaborating in cross-functional squads to deliver customer-focused solutions.

?? Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver monthly management accounts and financial reports for senior leadership and fundraising teams.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Provide business partnering support to key stakeholders, offering financial insight and challenge.
  • Manage restricted funding accounting and reporting for funders.
  • Support year-end and interim audits.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes.
  • Coach and support team members.
�? What You’ll Bring
  • ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualification.
  • Strong management accounting and business partnering experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with finance systems (preferably SUN and Q&A).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance colleagues.
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for agile working.
  • Experience in the charity sector and/or restricted funding accounting is desirable.
