Job

The role of Finance Business Partner will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

• Line management of a team of Finance Assistants
• Maintenance and accuracy of Fixed Asset register, reconciled monthly
• Assistance in monthly management accounts preparation and budget monitoring
• Responsibility for accounts receivable process, bank accounts monitoring and financial reconciliations
• Contribution to the preparation of Group Statutory Annual accounts and liaising with auditors
• Implementation of improvement initiatives for the finance team

You

As a Finance Business Partner you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

• Experience of carrying out the duties listed above
• Experience working within a finance team and supporting colleagues to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in financial accounts systems and complex reconciliations
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Excellent numerical, communication, and teamwork capabilities
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and demonstrate personal effectiveness
