Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary finance partner to operational and commercial teams, providing challenge, support, and insight to drive performance.

Deliver clear analysis of key performance indicators, highlighting opportunities for margin improvement, efficiency, and growth.

Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for your divisions, working with operational leaders to produce robust and actionable plans.

Provide monthly reporting and commentary, translating financial results into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.

Support the evaluation of new business opportunities, tenders, and contracts, ensuring pricing and commercials are optimised.

Identify risks and opportunities across the business, supporting decision-making with strong financial modelling and scenario planning.

Act as a trusted advisor, helping leaders balance financial performance with long-term strategy.

About You

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience in commercial finance, business partnering, or FP&A.

Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Commercially astute, with experience supporting contracts, tenders, or service-led operations.

Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with a track record of driving performance improvements.

Excellent communication skills - able to simplify complex financials into actionable insight.

Proactive, driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
