Finance Business Partner - Goodman Masson : Job Details

A large leading multi-site leisure and hospitality business is looking to hire an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidate to join its finance function.

This is a finance business partner role supporting the Operations and Retail teams by providing insightful analysis and enabling data-driven decision-making to ensure the optimal delivery of strategic initiatives.

Reporting into the Commercial FD main duties include:

• Provide high quality support, review and challenge for the Group Operations and Retail senior management teams 
• Working with the Financial Planning team, develop robust and insightful reports and analysis for key operational and retail metrics
• Working with the head of strategic planning, develop and embed a clear and effective by-site reporting and analysis suite and ensuring understanding of key by-site commercial and operational performance metrics
• Develop business cases and analytical models for all investments and initiatives relating to retail, people operations, energy and operating model
• Introduce clear and consistent energy usage analysis and reporting
• Working with the Investment, Technology & People Business Partner, develop and maintain a site condition report allowing effective investment and property decision making as well as analysis of repairs and maintenance expenditure
• Enhance and optimise retail performance reporting, leveraging best-in-class analytical techniques to understand trends, risks and opportunities
• Working alongside the other Business Partners to develop and/or challenge business cases and analytical models for all investments and initiatives
• Provide cover and support in the areas of Commercial and Investment, Technology & People for the other Business Partners.

You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a finance business partnering background in a multi-site environment. 

Experience of Power BI, Tableau, SQL would be highly desirable
