The key responsibilities for the role of Finance Business Partner include:
- Provide accurate and timely management information to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead on budgeting and forecasting processes, including monitoring income, expenditure, and capital spend.
- Partner with budget holders to offer financial guidance, challenge assumptions, and drive performance.
- Analyse financial performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and variances against budget.
- Support the development and improvement of financial systems, processes, and reporting.
Profile
The successful candidate for the role of Finance Business Partner will have:
- Studying towards a recognised accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA).
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a finance role with strong management accounting skills.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
