Finance Business Partner - Adecco : Job Details

We are delighted to be supporting a diverse business based in Hook who are seeking to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. You will play an integral part in accounting and management planning for two sites in the UK.

Salary: £50,000 to £65,000

Hours: HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLE - Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am to 1.30pm

Benefits: 23 days Annual Leave allowance per year plus ALL bank/public holidays off, Company pension, Private medical care, death in service and a lot more.

The main day to day responsibilities in the warehouse:

• Responsible for business planning, budgeting and forecasting inputs from the business
• Responsible for driving the sales and operational performance and forecast of the sales order book and pipeline.
• Driving the financial performance and ensuring reporting and MI is presented to the business and management team including business commentary.
• Providing analysis on sales, gross margin and profitability.
• Providing analysis and reporting on direct labour efficiency and productivity.
• Providing analysis of inventory, inventory movements, slow moving stock and obsolescence.
• Provide the business with meaningful decision support through analysis and insight.

This amazing company will look to recruit candidates with the following;

• Finalist or Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent desired
• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent Excel and ERP skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
