Finance Business Partner - LHH Recruitment Solutions : Job Details

LHH Recruitment Solutions are currently working with a leading organisation based in Worthing with the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Finance Director you will be an integral part of the finance team in delivering financial insight and analysis to the business. You will be partnering with the Senior Leadership Team and be providing finance and commercial support to the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Responsibility for providing high quality analysis and MI to support in key decision making.
• Supporting the business through budgeting and forecasting
• Analysing risks, providing relevant insight, and formulating strategies to drive performance.
• Undertaking ad-hoc projects as needed

Key skills / experience:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a finance business partnering role (essential)
• Ideally experience of both revenue and costs
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations to senior management.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Self motivated and a desire to work in a fast paced / changing environment.

The Finance Business Partner role will require 2 days a week in the Worthing office and is paying circa £60k.
