Key Responsibilities for Finance Business Partner

• Provide financial leadership and strategic input to senior management.
• Develop and maintain robust financial processes and systems.
• Drive the financial planning and budgeting process.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to inform decision making.
• Lead on the production of statutory accounts and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage and mentor a team within the finance department.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• Professional qualification in accounting (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) & QBE
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Excellent financial and business acumen.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of proficiency in finance systems and Excel.

Job Offer
