The business are looking for a Finance Business Partner / Management accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. They offer 3 days office working and 2 days from home as well as the opportunity of study support and progression.

Description

• Providing financial guidance to drive business performance.
• Developing and implementing financial strategies.
• Liaising with stakeholders to provide financial insights.
• Participating in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Identifying opportunities for cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
• Supporting the development of junior team members.
• Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• Part Qual and studying ACCA / CIMA
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make strategic decisions.
