Finance Business Partner - Reed : Job Details

My clients are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team, providing crucial finance support and insights to their manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong background in manufacturing accounting, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success.

Main Duties:

• Manage accounting support and reporting for our manufacturing facilities.
• Conduct monthly stock reconciliations for both manufacturing sites.
• Develop and regularly update standard costings for management discussions.
• Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to integrate standard costs into financial models for manufacturing plant quotations.
• Create manufacturing KPIs for board reports and assist with monthly forecasts and budgeting.
• Engage in ad hoc projects and continuous review of systems to enhance financial processes.
• Provide financial input into the development of the plant operating system, ensuring integration with the manufacturing team.

Required Skills & Qualification:

• Qualified Accountant or QBE (Qualified by Experience).
• Solid experience in Manufacturing Accounting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and firmness of purpose.
• Proficient IT skills, including intermediate/advanced Excel.
• Proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Familiarity with the pace and demands of fast-growing companies.
