Job Description :

Sewell Wallis is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a growing business with offices on the outskirts of Harrogate.

This is a an excellent opportunity for a fully qualified Accountant to provide commercial finance support and value added analysis, as well as managing and driving financial performance.

With exposure to the Group functions across the business, other key areas of responsibility will include:-

  • Supporting and challenging the group functions with key strategic decisions
  • Business partnering non finance teams to provide insight on business performance
  • Preparing and obtaining information to build the annual budgets
  • Managing the balance sheet and P&L
  • Identifying and driving improvements and efficiencies in existing finance processes
  • Undertaking detailed financial analysis and investigation of key financial areas as required
  • Managing day to day financial processing
  • Ad hoc reporting

Requirements

  • Fully qualified Accountant, ideally CIMA / ACCA / ACA
  • Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence key decision makers
  • Finance business partnering experience preferably in a fast paced / multi site environment
  • Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
